You possibly need to be clearer on the amount of stairs - we had no problem with them but the extent of the stairs is not clear on booking.com

  : Everything was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The apartment is large and had everything i needed, and let's not forget about the gorgeous view from the roof terrace. The sun was shining all of the duration i was here and it was really relaxing.
  : It's mostly very quiet but can be a little noisy with passing people at night and in the morning. It's bearable if you are used to living in or near a city. The tv had netflix, amazon video, etc, but i wish it had cable/normal tv channels. Other than that it was great

  : We stayed in apartment 2 with the rooftop terrace. The layout of the apartment is very original with the open duplex kitchen upstairs. The view was amazing (even on rainy weekends) and the location of the building is superb. There is a parking garage nearby and many corner shops, restaurants, cafs etc. within 5 mins walk. The amenities were excellent, wifi and cell phone reception fantastic, and for a short stay, the kitchen is even over equipped since it has all kinds of electric appliances we did not touch (no dishwasher but plenty of cleaning products in case you do wish to cook a feast). Beds are comfortable and have plenty of cushions. Extras such as ironing board, drying rack, baby bed... are available. The entire place is spotless (even the high wooden beams are dust free, respect for the cleaning crew) and the bathroom had a nice hotel feel to it with the hair dryer, the small soaps etc. We appreciated the coffee/tea facilities and the herbs and spices for the kitchen are a friendly gesture as is the nice bottle of wine upon arrival.
  : There was nothing we did not like. Some people may not appreciate that the floorboards are a bit creaky (e.g. when kids take naps) or that you have to climb 2 sets of stairs to get there (no lift) plus have interior stairs to go up to the kitchen. This is not an apartment for partygoers, since you will disturb the neighbours. Tip: If you need to do urgent washing or drying after the rain, there is no washing machine or dryer in the apartment but the nearby restaurant called Wasbar has both including eco-friendly detergents and it is a nice place to have breakfast, lunch or early dinner.

  : The owner leaves below the property and she welcomed us at the check in. The apartment is amazing, in an excellent position and with beautiful style / furniture. They offer a garage which is close by (10minutes walk) for a cheap price. We also left our bicycles there and is safe Would recommend this to anyone visiting Ghent
  : Nothing in particular. Small detail (but not very impactful) the second night was a saturday and there was a club closeby with music, however we had no problem to sleep
