Place 2 stay

Wonderful
Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
: Location was very nice to be, Close to Supermarket and nice cozy bar/restaurant street, Walking distance to all the landmarks in Ghent. We stayed in top floor, if you enjoy the sun, it was definitely worth to climb up to the top. Parking instruction was very clear and well prepared. I am really appreciated that we could keep our car safely in safe place.
: Some electric connection in the house was not perfect.(bathroom, above the dining table) It can be improved. Because of weather, bad smell from the Kitchen sink was coming up. In the Kitchen, cutting board were not equipped. Other than that everything was well arranged. We could've asked while we are staying, it didn't bother me that much, so I didn't request to reception. I am pretty sure that they would help us immediately.

: The studio room was comfortable, well located and it has all you need.
: the payment system is a bit weird. I would prefer that payment goes directly via booking.com than meeting the owner and having to do the payment at the door.

Very Good
Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
: Very well located and spacious.
: The bathroom was water all over it after the shower, every time. The was not towel for my whole family. We booked to park with them and then wrote the day before that there was a problem. I needed to park 10min walk away. It was not that clean. Communication complicated

: Spacious, clean, central. Comfortable bed/pillows and sofas. Good shower pressure, large bathtub.
: Located in front of a parking lot. Night club nearby. On Saturday night there was a party with loud music and rowdy patrons who shouted/fought in the parking lot until the morning. The propertys windows are sufficiently soundproof to block off normal street noise, but the proximity of the clubs/parking lot may be a concern to some.

: Everything was fantastic. Small thing The floors were quite dusty though. Needed a good mop.

Good
Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
: PROS: Huge, airy, two toilets (appreciated by our family of four), great location, all appliances in kitchen
: CONS: Unexpected mosquitos (temperatures were in the high 60-s and low 70-s fahrenheit when we stayed in late September), only one hand soap dispenser for three sinks, had to ask for permission to use washer and dryer even though they are advertised on booking.com as part of the rental, slanted walls near heads of beds are easy to hit your head on
