: The kitchen was unsafe for human use with mould growing up the walls that made the entire apartment smell so strong we could hardly sleep & when I complained I didnt get a resolution & had rude customer service that didnt answer my message! Never had this kind of experience before. Id expect a refund or at least an option to stay another date in another room. Paying for this was not acceptable & not as shown on pictures!

: 1. Location is great (10 minutes to the sea).2. Comfortable bed.
: 1. Reception where you get the keys is 30 minutes away (on foot) from the apartment.2. There was a huge puddle in the dining/kitchen area. The carpet was soaking wet, it was impossible to step on it.

: Room is super spacious . On a quite area of Gdynia near center
: Check in was a super maze. The key pickup located at 3 km from the location of the apartment. Have to talk to at least 3 people to get my direction and waste of time and money for taxi ( they refunded me the back one) Room looks nice but dusts can be seen obviously in corner and its cleaned in a super speed mode I guess. Sauna is beautiful and not working.After making so many calls I decided to give upFortunately its just one day stayLonger I wont be able toThe check in was done ...by no one. Key hanging on the door when I arrived and have to make calls again to request the breakfast (which btw was decent ones . I asked for vegetarian breakfast it was ok). I wonder about the security for check in. No idea card review. No English speaker. Only by phone on distance. Id say its pretty much a catastrophic.

: The room & bathroom were really nice, I like the design, the location of the apartment is satisfying, you can find groceries, restaurants and beach nearby. The room was equipped with towels, TV, kettle, fridge and air conditioning. What I have to add is that there wasn't a bin, we haven't knew what to do with the trash, lights in the room were disabled, the only ones working were these in the bathroom. Important thing is that you have to get to know where your keys to the room are... it can be either in the separate hotel or in the apartment building.
