  : WiFi didn't work and TV remote also. Contact via call center was not possible. But Team solved issues via booking.

  : People that run this place have no clue about anything, there was garbage under the bed, broken toilet that some gentleman fixed for us, smoker smell in the whole room, no dishwasher soap, also we got almost scammed with the parking when they told us for 3 times that in the box, there are the keys, 2 times nothing and for the last time the space was occupied.

  : I am pretty sure, company will find this feedback useless, as based on previous feedbacks from customers they have not changed anything unfortunately. But I hope someone who plans to go to Gdansk will think before booking apartments here.The only one good thing about apartments is location, in few minutes you can reach public transport, also shopping centres and grocerry shops.Apartments by itslef from the first sight does not look bad until you take closer look. Dusty room, dirty dishes on the shelves. Also would like to mention that neighbours were quite noisy and left mess after themselseves on the common floor (bottles from alcohol)Especially I was surprised by how clean was the bed, if we speak about mattress. I really doubt that if I would get in touch with customer service that they would change matress to another one, but from their service it is total disrecpect to the client, making them sleep in such wonderfull conditions. Next time will select other place where to stay, as after this one I have quite bad impression..
