  : Good location in the modern residential area. Parking available and close distance to the public transport. Toiletters and towels available. Quiet area.
  : It wasnt properly cleaned, there was a lot of dust . Beds were separating during night. It was difficult to close the door with the key. When I tried to call the property, after some minutes of listening and clicking the right buttons) the automat led me to the point when it says that its better to contact them via email instead of wasting time (!) and disconnected :) very annoying and silly

  : Dirty bedding with pubic hair and despite assurances of service, I had to intervene again because no one showed up. in the bathroom, the shower door was hanging on one hinge, the next day a technician showed up, it was dirty, there was garbage in the bathroom cabinet, at the end I couldn't leave the apartment because the handle to the lock fell off, the worst stay I've ever had in my life.

  : The location was just fabulous! A five minute walk from the train station. A shopping centre a hundred metres away, and a convenience store 70 metres from the apartment block gate. There was a restaurant neighbouring with the apartment block, a soup bar, a caf etc. Just after, there was a city park. A little bit longer walk brought us into the centre of the Wrzeszcz quarter with restaurants, bars, and more shopping centres. The nearby train station is a communication hub, enabling us to travel anywhere within the Tricity cheaply and efficiently. For instance, the central train station of Gdask required a 6 minutes train ride, and getting from/to the airport took us just 20 minutes! The apartment was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed staying at a big balcony.
  : There were minor but annoying things in the apartment resulting from the poor maintenance. The shower cabin door was constantly breaking (a wrong design). Some lights were blinking (the bulbs should be replaced). The apartment had no own clothes drying rack or ironing board even if the washing machine and an iron were available. The room was pretty small as per the price -- it was of a small hotel room size (we envied the neighbours their Renters apartment; the other apartment was bigger, included a sofa, and it had the clothes dryer rack (we borrowed the rack from a neighbour). I could even mention the general (code locked) gate that tended to stick and was hard to open. We expected a double bed but got an inexpensive twin bed that was bobbing, creaky, and could potentially collapse under a heavy person. Nothing tragic but the apartment could be better maintained and be better equipped for more value for money. (We could rent a full sized big apartment in Warsaw for the same money). P.S. There were no channels on the TV. P.S. 2. It took ages for the toilet reservoir to fill up!

  : Great location and modern look.
  : The kitchen unit didn't work, the room was smaller than we thought and had no ventilation - window opened inwards and took up half of the room space. Key pad didn't work properly at all times, meaning we couldn't get into the apartment for 10-15mins at a Time.

  : The location was excellent
  : 1. The place was very dirty, especially the kitchen and the bathroom (with black mould in the shower cabin).2. After entering the apartment there was a strong damp smell, which caused me migrenes.3. The sleeping pillows had yellow sweat stains, absolutely disgusting.3. The heater in the bathroom didn't work at all. It was very uncomfortable showering in a cold place like that.4. There was no privacy at all as the vertical window blinds had few centimetres gaps between without any other window coverings (there was a big corner window from the floor to the ceiling just in front of the bed). Couldn't have the light on while in bed as all the neighbours and pedestrians could see into the apartment.5. The apartment door had signs of break-in and the door lock was very wobbly, I was afraid to leave my belongings inside of the place while absent.All the above issues have been reported both to Booking.com as well as the property agent. The only thing that was resolved was that the pillows were replaced.Booking.com provided ZERO support during my stay. There are better platforms, don't waste your time and nerves.

  : Laundry machine was a nice surprise.
  : The floor was dirty and there were stains on the sheets. We chose to stay here because of the kitchenette, but some of the provided kitchenware could not be used with the electric stovetop. The espresso machine works as if it has never been descaled. The host was sending spam to my email constantly, but when I called the hotline with an emergency issue and followed the instructions, a pre-recorded message told me to download their app. I was not able to speak to anybody until two hours later, when they received my message through Booking. The room is definitely not soundproof, as we could hear the neighbor's TV every night. They provide shampoo and shower gel in tiny individual packagings, not very sustainable. Definitely not worth pln450 per night.
