  : Beds were very comfortable, close to Gatlinburg. Kitchen was nice to cook dinners
  : Besides some confusion with hot tub, grill, tv wouldn't turn on and had to figure out how to hook it up. The refrigerator froze our food and the knob on the dryer needs fixed we used the pliers provided. The bathroom shower curtain has orange mold. It was a little inconvenient probably wouldn't give a good review due to a lot of unnecessary things We had to do. That should have been take care of before our arrival. The cabin was beautiful inside... outside the hot tub smelled of mold ... maybe no chemicals Im not sure. We had Large boulders outside of the back door that looked like the mountain could give way at any time. The driveway was horrendous. I almost left and went home. Definitely overpriced for the quality of the vacation home. My view on Gatlinburg is Ill never return because of this experience. Its not a 2 bathroom its one and half bath so we had to take turns taking a shower in between hot water getting warm again. The owner was very nice... the beds were super comfortable. Thats all I really have to say I spent a lot of money on this to be so disappointed. I cant believe the price of the cabin . I got fooled and I lost a lot of time, money and the worst vacation I have ever had in my life. The outside picture is what our view was from the back of the cabin. Just very disappointed but I got to see a bear in the morning. I wish I would have never stayed here. PERIOD! I should have been paid to stay here... my opinion

  : The only thing positive was that the owner was very nice and she seemed genuinely disappointed in the cleaning crew, Hopefully she has other properties that are much better than this one because she was very helpful with us getting a refund and seemed like a very nice person. But this cottage is a death trap! Location was terrible on top of a narrow and incredibly steep driveway!!! I cant emphasize enough just how steep and narrow this driveway was!!!!!!!!There were also giant boulders out the back door just waiting to come down on the cottage. No idea how this place could ever pass an actual code enforcement!
  : Everything, especially the dirty sheets that were made to look like someone actually made the bed except there were Doritos chips and lots of hair in the beds!!!! THE SHEETS WERE OBVIOUSLY NOT WASHED FROM THE LAST PEOPLE THAT RENTED THE COTTAGE. Doritos were also in the living room and there was an old pot of coffee in the coffee maker!!! Again the owner was very helpful but she needs to find a different cleaning crew. Also there is only one full bathroom in this place
