  : Location is great. Place was adequately stocked as far as cook ware, towels etc. All appliances worked with no issues. The arcade game was a hit with our grand kids.
  : Driveway is steep and too small for two cars. Hot tub has seen better days and was not setup temperature wise to use, never got above 100 but also was set lower than 90 so just a little too cold to use. Fireplace did not work correctly either, it has seen better days too, there were alternate instructions for lighting it but you can no longer read the dial or knobs and we felt it was best to leave it off for our safety. The cabin is in a great location but needs a little TLC. Just a little more run down than what the pictures indicated. The folks managing things did a great job responding to our needs.

  : The chalet was beautiful and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed relaxing on the beautiful porch.
  : The driveway was exceptionally steep and the lighting was sparse. Just lamp light in all the rooms except the kitchen and bathrooms.

  : There were plenty of towels for our family of 7. The location is quiet. We were able to see bears from the house. Microwave cooks quickly. We enjoyed the arcade machine. Everyone was trying to beat the high score. It is close to the entrance of the national park and close to many Gatlinburg attractions.
  : The description on the site said that it included a washing machine but the unit did not. It also said it had 4 full beds while there are actually 2 full/queen beds, 2 twin beds that are bunkbeds and a sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa had a large stain on it so we did not use it leaving one person to sleep on the sofa in our party of 7. There was garbage on the floor, under the bed and behind the hot tub. Baseboards and other furniture are covered in dust. It looks like an animal has damaged the trim and doors inside the unit. There is a handle missing on the closet labeled owners closet. Also, only half of the hot tub worked. Some jets did not. When we arrived there were dead bugs on the floor of the bathroom we had to clean up. When I contacted the management company, which doesn't seem to have a local office, they did bring an extra set of sheets because there were none for the sleeper sofa. They did not bring pillows nor a blanket. In addition, I was told that the descriptions online did not include a washing machine, so I sent a screen shot that showed it in the description,, to which the response was, that there isn't a washing machine. When I messaged the company about the garbage they asked if I would send pics of that so they could send someone to pick it up. I did not do it because of the response to the washing machine. Considering there is a $250 cleaning fee, the unit should be spotless. I would be embarrassed to have house be this dirty when a guest visited. At home, I pay $100 to clean 2500 Sq ft and it is much cleaner than this. In general, this was not worth a month's mortgage payment for one week.

  : The location, the drive way was narrow and steep. The place had spider webs which indicates lack of cleanliness.

  : The cabin had plenty of room for all of us. The view was nice at night. It was close to downtown Gatlinburg.
  : The beds were very uncomfortable. The driveway was very steep. There was no laundry. Read the description carefully...I read it to have laundry because it said there was enough laundry detergent for a start. The description of the property could be better.

  : Downstairs shower doesn't drain, the website misleading...said there was range refrig Mico and washer ... Assumes washer and dryer . One set of towels each of us for a 4 day visit and no laundry facilities. ☹️ Kitchen was clean. But needed better pots and pans.

  : Good home but need some remodeling ( flooring downstairs) make a lot of noises when someone walkskitchen need some appliances and stuffs like mugs/ glasses / plates/

  : The drive way was very steep and narrow if you have a huge SUV or Van it's very hard getting in and out!! Pictures of the driveway were not showing on the website

  : Excellent location close to the main attractions of the place. The cabin is comfortable and has a very good distribution.
  : parking and beds are not comfortable. maybe some paint and renovation. but in general it is good I liked it I would come back again.
