  : There was a stove inside the room, the refrigerator works perfect, and the AC works amazing!!
  : The room smelled like cigarettes and it was suppose to be a non smoking room. The toilet was clogged up and the first time I called to the front desk I was told that they were having water issues (which they were). That second day our toilet still wasnt fixed so I went to the office and talked to the manger and was told she would send someone to fix it but he never showed up. The last time I called I told them I have been constantly complaining about my toilet and the manger told me she wasnt aware of the issue when I had previously spoken to the same lady. Long story short..someone came and plunged the toilet after numerous times of asking.

  : We had bugs crawling on ceiling and bed look like termites complained they had no room available I was told couldnt sleep for searching for bugs I got pictures and video
