  : The location was great, direct access to beach. Nice sized deck great for grilling and watching the sunset and they had boogie boards available for use, the space had a lot of nature light and bathrooms were decent sized. Plenty of towels and washer/dryer available for use. Host was quick to respond when assistance was needed, like fixing the shower and garbage disposable when it wasn't working properly. And Vacasa was great in responding to request via text.
  : One of the two showers didn't work properly, only hot water worked. Garbage disposal doesn't work. Unfortunately, wasted some time waiting for maintenance to appear two days in a row and fix when could be enjoying the beach. Washer and dryer took forever to dry, had to run it twice and didn't clean well. Not enough TP, garbage bags, or soap available (not sure if that's typical for rental). The room with the bunk beds didn't have enough circulation, got extremely hot, and not safe for kids, no railing if you have younger kids staying. The parking is smaller than indicated, mentioned up to 4 cars, can only fit 3 comfortably, and not entirely all paved, you will be required to drive on the sand, so be careful. The bottom portion of the house (parking area) flooded up to 4-6 inches and wasn't draining after it rained, we were concerned for the vehicles parked underneath. Balcony door hard to slide open and close, felt like it would break. Also, trash was still there from previous stay and they left the hose lying on the stairs, which was a safety hazard.
