  : The size of the house was perfect for 4 adults and 2 small children - anymore adults and it might get crowded. The location was PERFECT. No obstructed views. No vehicle traffic is allowed on this stretch of beach, which is really nice. Photos are exactly as seen inside. Garage is converted to a grill/beach supply storage area, which is helpful for locking up at night. Everything to cook is in the kitchen. Grill is nice and seasoned! View was spectacular. There's a walkway to the beach - bring a beach cart!
  : The kid's bedroom door was off it's hinges when we arrived. We propped it up against the wall, tried to find a hammer or something to fix it while unloading. The 4 and 3 year old were playing and tried to shut the door - it fell on top of them. I called several different phone numbers (Booking.com and emailed the national property management phone (local number not provided) to get assistance to fix the door. 48 hours later a local rep called back and said a local handy man would try to get there that day or the next. It was the next, and we were out at lunch - he wouldn't enter because I had my dogs in the house (they were corralled in the master). So - it was frustrating to say the least. Don't plan on getting in touch with anyone local easily. The kitchen drawer was also broken as well as many balcony railing boards - keep your kids away from those. Also, plan on buying your own TP, paper towels, garbage bags. Not much is provided in that arena.

  : We loved the location. We were looking for a place with easy access to the beach where we could peacefully walk away from people (a pandemic is still happening). We are happy we found it!
  : We were told that the house had been deep cleaned. It was nicely clean, however, the air vents had some moldy-look stains. The property management quickly helped cleaning those, sending nice people with properly and safely gear. That was good! Also, we went in winter and got some cold days. The house probably has some gaps and there were spots that would get pretty cold inside the house but nothing unbearable. All in all, the good super-outweighs the bad! ;)

  : The location was good. The beach was nice would have liked to known about rattlesnakes. The bedrooms and bathrooms were good. Nice touch was the gas grill.
  : I had to call concerning AC the control says alarm.com we weren't touching that! Was advertised as having garage access not true. Was show outside shower and foot rinsing station all not working. Found bra pads under the couch. Windows were dirty and no glass cleaner.

  : While it was a ways from the touristy stuff, that was perfect for us. It was a comfortable. Had everything we needed. And the access/view of the beach/gulf was perfect.
