  : Great location! Quick walk to the beach!
  : Outdoor seating was limited. Pics showed lots of outdoor patio seating, but seating was limited to 4 (2 bar height outdoor chairs and 2 rocking chairs/loungers).Bring your coffee—also make sure it’s ground coffee as there’s no Keurig machine. Also sliding door in master bedroom doesn’t lock…I called it in upon arrival but no one from maintenance team came.Overall, our stay was comfortable but we expected more quality amenities for the price.

  : Assured it would be COVID clean but we found dirty dishes and linens on arrival, ants in master bath, kitchen drawers full of old food and dirt. Kitchen not appropriately outfitted to cook family meals - oven and stove in poor working order.

  : The location of the property was fantastic and the beach was amazing! The beds were comfortable. The room with bunk beds were perfect for kids.
  : The decks had loose boards and bungee cords on the railing. We were unable to go to the top deck due to loose boards. The kitchen was lacking necessary essentials. There is a soft spot in the floor in the hallway.

  : The pictures that are online do not suit the property because the furniture on the patio don’t even exist anymore that was very upsetting to me

  : The location, close to the beach and nice view from the 1st floor deck and upper deck.
  : Essentially everything else - the bbq was filthy and unusable, 3 out of 4 elements on the oven were out of order, the front door was dirty, only 3 drinking glasses and no wine glasses, no decent furniture on the decks (ground floor, 1st floor and upper deck), teared stools in the living room, broken towel and toilet paper holders, driveway full of debris - and hours wasted trying to resolve these issues.
