  : The house is beautiful and big. Lots of space for all of us in the living room. Love the location, lots of beach. We all love the place.
  : You need handrails for the stairs. We had a time trying to get elderly father up them. The first bedroom has a leak in the corner and the blinds need to be replaced. Some of the ceiling fans did not work right.

  : I loved that the home was close to the beach.
  : The property is due for remodeling. The outside is horrible and there were roaches/ bugs everywhere.

  : The property is need of some physical touch-ups. The heater didn't work and we had to move to another property.

  : The location was great, we were on the beach and could see the ocean from the deck.
  : This beach house was very unkept and dirty. Animal hair, human hair and just overall not clean. We arrived on a Thursday with trash stinking in the downstairs area from the group that rented days prior to our arrival that was still there and it was that way for 3 days. The bathrooms were dirty with hair and mold in the corners of the walls, the doors hand brown stuff on them that was either food or just nasty unknown substances. This was the worst beach house we have ever stayed in and what made the situation even worse was we had friends coming from out of state to stay with us over the New Year's Holiday. We actually contemplated just getting a hotel for the 5 couples that stayed from Thursday to Sunday. We called several times to get the trash removed and no one came or returned the call. The temperature dropped during our stay and stay, no way to heat the house. No one bothered to clean this house prior to our rental, we were afraid the linens had not been changed. This home needs major cleaning and maintenance, this was a very disappointing rental.
