  : Very spacious appartment with 2 balconies on the seaside, 2 bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, 3rd floor gave nice view on pool and the ocean. Its quite and has nearby shops, bus stop and within 5 minutes one is on the beach. The pool is clean, nice and especially the view is spectacular on sun set
  : We would have appreciated information on the appartment (e.g what are all the keys for, which is our parking space, do's and dont's). We had to find out ourselves or ask per whats up. There was no linen change although (10 days in the appartment). The gym is not in good shape, the machines are outdated and rusty, the place is not really clean, therefore we did not use at although we also chose the place for this feature

  : No toilets rolls on arrival. Patio door does not lock/seal so has wind noise.

  : We were very comfortable here. The apartment was spacious, very well-equipped and had great ocean views. We used the kitchen a lot, and also did a bit of washing after sweaty hikes, so really appreciated the washing machine and dishwasher. This is not a hotel, but a residential building, with all the comings and goings of daily life, and services such as a bakery, grocery shop and restaurants nearby. It is easily accessible by car, or by public bus transport. The apartment block is close to the beach, but quite elevated, so getting to and from the beach requires a bit of downward and upward walking, but then that is what you do everywhere in Madeira! :)
  : It would have been nice if there was a little washing detergent and dishwashing tablets available, since they're sold in fairly large packs, and trying to find a smaller package, we bought the wrong detergent twice ...
