: Our room was the superior apartment and it was very spacious. kitchenette was well equipped although without microwave. the rooftop bar and pool are a good spot to relax at the end of the day. staff was very friendly and helpful, except in the restaurant
: The concept is geared towards design and sometimes it lacks usability (e.g. towel racks in bathroom and isolation of shower). On one of the nights, the noise of the DJ set in the bar could be heard in our apartment.

: Our superior apartment was really big and spacious, it was super comfortable like a one-bedroom home. The rooftop bar and pool look amazing and was great to relax there with attentive staff checking in occasionally to take orders for food and drinks - reserving the pool area for hotel guests only was a lovely touch. The food in the hotel restaurant is really good quality. The details and aesthetic of the hotel is very impressive.
: More soundproofing for the window seals would reduce the road noise in the morning.

: Location is really good, close to the cable cars, supermarket, shopping and restaurant's. Nice size apartment and very clean. Hotel put free pastries outside your room every morning which is a lovely touch, also very good communication through WhatsApp the entire time.
: The hotel is advertised as having access to the fitness centre (gym) - but when we tried to use it we were told the main area was not available to guests and was for members only, there is a small room to the side for hotel guests with not much in it, some of the machines were not even working. Only a small thing - but there were 3 of us staying and there were only 2 of somethings for example only 2 drinking glasses, again not a major issue, but would be nice to have 3 of things if you know you have 3 guests staying. Also was advertised as having air conditioning, but this is only in the bedroom, so for anyone staying on the pull out couch in the main living area, its very hot at night with only a small window to open up by the road.
