  : Nice and very helpful service. Clean and comfortable room. Very tasty breakfast - from the menu. There is also a restaurant in the hotel where you can eat lunch. For dinner, you can choose one of the restaurants located along the street - go right from the hotel doors. I recommend Regional Flavours at the end of the street. Beautiful, small St. Peter's Church (Igreja de So Pedro) located ca. 1 min from the hotel. Good location, ca. 7 min walking distance to the marina.

  : Decor in the rooms, much nicer than the pictures. Helpful staff. Fab breakfast, very high quality and really quick service. Im vegetarian and lots of selection - I dont understand the some of the reviews below about quality / selection. Would definitely stay again.
  : Only slight issues was bed was a little too soft for me and mattress topper was loose under the sheets leaving a gap between the headboard under the sheets.

  : Breakfast was the same every day with the exception of the juice and and a "cake of the day". The cake was really a loaf such as banana bread. The staff are friendly, efficient and make a real effort. The dining room is attractive and fairly large. The bathroom had a large sink and shower. The shower was about 6.5 feet by 3.5 feet wide. Good water pressure on the 2nd floor. The bed was comfortable and quite large.
  : The traffic noise is a problem after 7 AM. The balcony is attractive but not very practical (small & noisy). The shower had a musty smell from trapped humidity. (We asked for extra pillows and they arrived quickly.) The pancakes are small and mushy (not fluffy). There was only one bedside table and very little storage space for clothing. There was no separate hair conditioner and our request for it was not fulfilled. The dining room door is open to a busy, smelly street. Exhaust fumes were a problem. We sat as far from the door as possible but... still a problem.

  : The staff (with one exception) was extremely professional and helpful muito obrigado a Sonia fer her assistance on a range of issues.One guy tried to blame me when the laundry service didn't return my pants in the promised time period. Minus one point for thatThe room was large, very well done, and comfortable.The breakfast was amazing

  : Breakfast very good although bacon a little hard to handle
  : Could not get TV to work. Suggest if you have English speaking customers set TV up for their language or idiot proof cheat sheet. Could not understand what metal bars were for at toilet. I get annoyed at shower fittings that need an instruction manual.
