  : Lovely villa, peaceful, secure, spacious, well equipped, nicely furnished, comfy, a treat to have private pool, great location, 15 minute walk to centre, lots buses into town, close to shops, restaurants, and fabulous bakery, from which we purchased fresh bread and pastries daily, good wifi and TV had Eurosport tv channel so could watch French Open.
  : Slight wear and tear in places, bit of rubbish left under the chaise longue, couldn't open windows in two main bedrooms- catches very stiff- couldn't seem to operate the mechanism for opening and shutting curtain in lounge, bedspread second bedroom needed laundering/ replacing; some tourist info in flat such as local map and things to do, events on, places to eat, etc, would have been useful, as other places stayed in, tended to have a file of such info, came across three cockroaches on second day, which we managed to trap in glasses, but too squeamish to kill, and were told it is the season for these from Africa, and should keep windows, doors closed, which does make rooms bit stuffy, despite aircon. Minor gripes, didn't affect enjoyment of villa.

  : Check in was very straightforward and our questions were answered quickly. The villa is in a great location and is very spacious with plenty of cupboard space for the trip. It is in a gated area so it offers a lot of security to get into the property.
  : This villa is clearly being oversold on this website as Luxury, with overstretched photos of the outside area making it look much more spacious than it is. That being said, it is a very roomy property.The property is in desperate need of maintenance works: walls are damaged, furniture ripped and worn out, curtains falling apart with strings getting in the way of exits, but most importantly, the pool area is not safe. The decking around the pool is falling apart, uneven and splintered, which caused trips around the pool for adults and children. There is a light cover missing at the bottom of the pool and since it is not very deep, you can put your foot through the hole if you are not looking whilst walking around inside. The parasols and the bases are from different sets, so the heavy umbrellas do not fit properly into them, all it takes is a breeze and they go flying out of the bases very dangerously, and could easily smash one of the windows or cause serious injury to an adult, let alone a child.The showers were not great, they have poor pressure and there is a whole issue about having hot water if another tap/shower is on, so we had to work in turns. The beds were all super uncomfortable, with only 1 pillow per person so had to keep putting cushions under the pillows to get more support, which is not ideal when it is unlikely that these cushions are properly cleaned bwtween stays and other people may have used it in the same way.The kitchen is well stocked, however there is an induction hob, but none of the pots and pans provided are suitable for this as they are not the magnetic pans needed for this type of hob.The property seems to have a lot of rules, but doesn't necessarily enforce them:- No gatherings are allowed of any sort, however on 3 occasions, the neighbours were having loud parties inside at 23:00;- The villa gets cleaned once a week, but the cleaning lady only came to our villa at the check out time, after our 10day stay.
