  : It is just a ten minute walk away from the main station.
  : The mattresses are broken. The couch is too uncomfortable to sit on, never mind sleep on. The living room light is some ridiculous remote controlled LED that bathes what decoration there is in a florescent glow. The kitchen is tiny, the cutlery was dirty, and food stuck to the pans. There was a WiFi extender in the living room but none had even bothered to set it up. When the upstairs neighbours had a fight, you heard every word. The whole flat was so bad that the only explanation for its existence is that it is a money laundering scheme. Certainly no one has ever lived in it or cared for it. You'd be more comfortable camping on the floor. So what if it's close to the centre?

  : location was great. very easy access to shops and train station. good response time from host: after having an issue with the water heater turning off, we called the host and they came to fix it in 30 min.
  : WiFi didnt work, was very slow (.39mb/s) and when we told the host to ask if this could be fixed they said it can only get better. it didnt, and I had to use my phone as a hotspot in order to work and do video calls. the water pressure and temperature in the shower was bad. water would go from cold to scalding within seconds, and had trouble maintaining a temperature. water pressure in the shower was low despite being high in the kitchen.

  : Everything was good. Location, apartment is well maintained, simple and nice.
  : The water heater was not working despite following the instructions given. We had to boil water for shower. Otherwise it would be perfect.

  : Cleanliness Sofa Bed Filthy, stained and marked. Bits of dirt on bed when set out. Requested bedding for sofa bed as one guest was disabled. This was ignored. Had to go and buy sheets and cover for this. Please give me your contact phone and email address of Booking Com I want a full refund not as advertised for this. I have photos of all this to send to Booking Com when you contact me Have been a customer of Booking com for over 15 years. I now nee your support in getting a refund

  : Easy check-in, host provided instructions to get the key. Nice big bedroom and living room, equipped kitchen. Quiet neighborhood near the main station.
  : Everything was great, my only comment would be that there is a broken tile in the bathroom, right outside the shower, that should be fixed to avoid potential injuries.
