  : Very dated, which was difficult to tell from photos. Broken drawers in kitchen were frustrating to get closed. Doors would not close. Master could not be locked. Outlets receptacles were unable to hold a plug in and would fall out. Mattresses were old and expired. The pull out couch was absolutely unable to be slept on the mattress was so bad. The BIGGEST ISSUE was the TV’s and WIFI did not work the entire week! Try living with four girls and the TV and internet were intermittent. I was told to call the provider by owner. I’m on vacation I don’t want to call a cable provider! But I did. They told me it was the TV’s. All 3? Really? Regardless of what it was it was an advertisements amenity and we did not get it. I am extremely frustrated that I was not offered any sort of reimbursement due to the fact we had no TV and unreliable WIFI services. Upon leaving I met another condo owner making improvements to his unit and he told me it was the “Net Scam” service provider. It’s called Net Com. He said it is terrible and he provides ATT service which costs a little more but is reliable. I don’t think this is the first time this owner has heard this. With that said the last 2 days were rainy and we left early because who wants to sit inside with no tv or WiFi? So I lost a night I paid for. VERY DISSATISFIED! I should have been compensated! Won’t stay there again!

  : The condo was clean; adequate for our three night stay. Convenient elevator to the pool/beach gated access. The ease of access to the beach, just an easy walk is convenient. Great rinse off area by the beach access. By the elevator, the smaller carts to transport items into the condo. The Owner was responsive to our emails. Used a code keypad for entry.
  : The complex and condo is definitely 'no frills'. OK for our "last minute" three night stay. Shows lack of maintenance around this older complex. Thin walls so can hear conversations or cries of children. Three of four pool umbrellas did not function. Pay for Use W/D on other floors. Master bedroom view is parking lot , not the gulf view. Loud Vehicles in the parking lot! Condo complex features a common balcony; therefore no space to sit on the balcony. First AM, We were first awakened by the Exterminator, then by the COA resident mgr. We were not prepared to answer the door. Manager could have been polite about the 9 AM complex's pest treatments; however she chose to be rude. She loudly pounded on our door then shouted "you have no right to refuse pest treatment. This condo is the worse.". Legally a signed vacation rental agreement supersedes pest treatment intrusion during said tenancy of the vacation rental agreement.

  : No washer/dryer. No private balcony. Room had quite a bit of damage as shown in pictures. No parking passes when we got in. No vacuum cleaner. Room & bathrooms really need an update. Some outlets wouldn’t hold plugs. Had to hold my hair dryer plug in & dry my hair. TV wouldn’t stay on channel & kept going back to home menu screen. This unit seriously needs some TLC. Saw two roaches (1) in master bath & (1) in kitchen. No bathrooms by the pool (this is almost a necessity with small children like we have)
