  : WARNING!!! Owners are money grabbing. I paid the £125.00 for one nights stay. They then the day after I stayed took an extra £192.00. They have been rude refusing to give me my money back.. They have made up a story about smoking in the property so have taken the £100.00 deposit, which is untrue. They then took an extra £92.00 from my account later that day. So after paying the £125.00 for one eve have now been charged an extra £192.00 on top.. A total of £317.00 for one nights stay! I am going through Booking.com at the moment to get my money back.. I'm absolutely outraged that people can be like this..

  : Very spacious and nicely decorated. Very quite, considering the location in a town and close to railway.
  : A bread knife would be useful - it's challenging cutting bread with knives designed for vegetables and meat

  : The apartment is very well appointed, clean, very up to date, With the windows shut it was quiet. A good fan was provided (we visited in a heat wave) Although the parking place is limited it was not too difficult to use. The convenience of a Morrisons just a short walk away was good. The kitchen was adequate, along with previous guests we never fathomed out how to get the oven going, but we could have called the contact number and I'm sure they would have helped us out.The water was hot and plentiful and the living room with Freeview tele good. The outlook was over lovely urban gardens and the dozen or so chickens next door were amusing to watch.It was only a fifteen minute walk to the beach area where the Leas are well worth visiting - it had a very Mediterranean feel.
  : The six-foot plus members of our group had too many encounters with the sloping ceilings, especially the one in the hall. Maybe that one should carry a warning stickerThis is an apartment for fit and healthy mountaineers, there is a great number of steep stairs to climb. But I used that as part of my fitness regime.

  : The flat was really quiet and peaceful, yet central and was opposite a little park, which was great for the kids. It was spacious with everything you could need for a few nights away. There was soap in the bathroom and essentials in the kitchen, such as washing up liquid, tea, coffee and sugar.
  : We have two young children and a few plastic cups and plates would have been great, so we didn’t have to worry about breakages.
