  : Absolutely nothing good to say about this property. Only the lobby you'll find it nice. The pictures you will probably see online are for selling purpose or just some lucky guests. 4 out of 5 rooms to be in this conditions is totally unacceptable.
  : I have spent 1 month trying to find a solution with both the hotel amd BOOKING.COM and they both failed to do anything. I've been offered 10 pounds compensation for what you will read below. Customer service, zero. Rude and unwelcome staff. 20 minutes of waiting in the hotel reception, without any means of communication available (all the phones were at the reception) and at the same time endangering the safety of the customers (absolutely anyone had access to the hotel) while the receptionist was sleeping in a room. The accommodation fee of 195 lei representing the accommodation 2 hours earlier on 26.08.23, an agreement that was not respected. Moreover, my clients were informed that not all rooms will be ready at 2pm (the time stipulated in the contract). Following my telephone intervention, the lady in question identified herself as her colleague, suggesting that she has no note about the request in the system. Totally fake. Confirmed by my guests. Refusal of identification at the time of request, a totally normal thing at the time of concluding a contract (the reservation is a contract).Costeniuc Florina is probably the receptionist / manager based on the busineas card but I can't know for sure. The lack of basic hygiene in the rooms provided to my clients, in 3 of the rooms the following were identified - urine in the toilet, underwear left in the bathroom, cans under the bed and used soap. In the 4th room, the air conditioner was not working.
