  : No heat, i spent 3 days in a cold room(a lot of promises that the heat will come) with mold in the bathroom, together with some bugs. And warm water was a luxury.The mattress is with springs and very uncomfortable.

  : The location was handy, near the centre and in a petrol station so parking was easy. the rooms were cleaned to a good standard.
  : The staff were very unhelpful and difficult. no wifi password was given even though the network was live and I specifically asked for it. they just said not possible. the downstairs room was surrounded by people smoking 24/7 so if the room window was open it was full of cigarette smoke. all the rooms smelt of a mixture of smoke and blocked smelly drains. the showers had no supports for the head and mine only ran with slight flow of cold water. we stayed one night of the booked three and no refund was offered even after questioning. all in all an awful stay.
