: Fantastic location, quiet at night, great views across the roofs to the Duomo, bed was comfy, a/c is there if needed. Walking distance to everything. Francesca was helpful and available if needed. Would definitely recommend staying here.
: Lots of stairs (think of the views!) but we got used to them and great exercise! The shower cubicle is a bit small and fragile.

: I loved this apartment. Centrally located within walking distance of all the sights, and yet the apartment inside is quiet and peaceful. The apartment is split over 2 levels had has ample space for 2 people. Good facilities - clean bathroom and functional kitchen. And as you are on the 3rd floor you have wonderful views from all the windows. Also located close to great bars, restaurants and cafe's. There is an ice-cream shop right downstairs.
: Not a dislike - just a warning. This apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. So I would recommend this more for a young couple. But the views are worth the climb!

: The location. The host's communication. The living area was clean. The air con. Quiet neighbourhood.
: Couldn't use the iron. The ironing board was not clean. The shower was way too small. The kitchen utensils were sticky, especially the glasses.

: My friend and I booked this stay for 16 nights, it was a pleasant retreat during my stay in Florence. I highly recommend it to travelers seeking a well-appointed and conveniently located accommodation that is spacious. My experience was memorable, and I would gladly return for another stay in the future.
: The apartment is situated in a building with lots of stairs, which may pose a challenge for guests with mobility issues or those who prefer elevator access or have many luggage like we did, it was challenging taking them up.

: The location. The photographed are nothing like the reality
: Building works were not advised. Construction hut outside. Boarded up reception floors. At least 3 apartments having work done. Dust all the way up stairs. We stayed at top so unavoidable for bags not to gather toxic building dust on way to apartment. I didnt unzip my bag or hang my clothes it was so dusty. Also large mould showing through top corner of living area beside the fireplace that delight in saying is the main feature. This is unacceptable. Kitchen basically a broom cupboard near front door at base if stairs not in an easily accessible place.
