No parking available.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 4 years old stay for € 10 per person per night when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
For stays longer than 30 days, the price does not include:1) Utilities with the payment according to the consumption to be paid at check out ;2)Registration tax: ( 2% of the total amount );3)Contract registration fee: 50EUR; 4)Cost of a temporary tax code ( only for foreign customers) : 30 EUR;
