Disappointing

  : This room was very clean. It also had a great location to everything we wanted to do in Florence. They also allowed us early check in.
  : When booking I specifically was looking for a place on the 1st floor or with a lift. I and working HVAC. I had recent knee surgery and my partner had a recent knee injury and was wearing a brace. This was advertised as a 1st floor but we had to walk with luggage 2.5 flights of stairs. When I questioned this I was told we were on the 1st floor--hmmm. That struggle up and down the stairs was compounded by the fact the HVAC was not working. We arrived and had access at noon. Upon entry we found the HVAC was not working and immediately reported it. We were told they just turned it on. We informed them again at 530m it was not working and 85 degrees in the room. They said thats the lowest the temp will go. I asked for a fan. They provided 24 hours later. We were miserable. The gentleman at the desk admitted the next day that the HVAC use to work better. They did not call for a repair person during our stay, nor offer to relocate us. There was black mold on the bathroom ceiling as well as broken tiles on the bathroom floor. Between the stairs and the no HVAC this was a terrible stay in Florence. We would of left to stay somewhere else but no 1 night accommodations available locally.

  : Accomodation in the great location, few meters from Duomo, quiet place (or good sealing windows) despite central position. Every key squre in walking distance. Love Firenze.

  : The wall of the bathroom fell!! In the middle of the night and my mom was in there only with luck she didnt get injured and the hostess just send someone to take the parts that fell in the middle of the night. Not responsible at all!!!

  : Although the guy in the reception was nice it is impossible to out weight the disastrous experience that I had with this property. The room was nowhere near to the room that was depicted in the pictures, it was so tiny, that breath, getting in and out of the bed was difficult. The shower was extremely tiny and the toilet flash didnt work properly. So, if you aim not to sleep, not to bath and not to use your toilet then you are free to book the property, it was the worst experience Ive ever had.
