  : Very clean and quiet. It is not too far from a major rail line and it was still relatively quiet and not bothersome. Fairly accessible location that's midway between the north east end, NAU and the city center.
  : The linens were coarse. The bathroom door was old, thin and had been painted too many times. It felt cheap. The LED bulbs are all the 4000-5000K bright cold whites instead of the more comfortable 3000-3800K counterparts. For the same amount of money I have stayed at far superior hotels in big cities. Though, in general you pay more for almost all Flagstaff hotels than you would in a larger city.

  : The lady who worked in housekeeping was pleasant and hard working. The bedding was clean enough to stay, as we spent the majority of the trip out of the room.
  : We stayed in room 2117. It is in dyre need of an update. The sink was cracked, the faucets needed repair, the hot water was scalding. The bath towels were dingy. The corner of the floor tile and baseboards were disgusting and dirty, as was the thick layers of dust on the vents. The room needs a paint job and new mattress on the bed closest to the door. The wifi was hit or miss as was the satellite TV. The woman who checked us in acknowledged us after she finished her socializing with her work companion and after she answered the phone.

  : Girl working the desk was super friendly. We arrived early so couldn't check in she advised us to go the the information Center. We arrived back 7 hours later and she was truly interested in what we found to do.

  : The air conditioning was loud and the floor left my bare feet black. It may have just been that room, but it was not as good as when we were there in May. Our room seemed run down
