  : I liked everything at first, until I did wash and found out how people lie here.
  : When I put my wash in the dryer after washing 1small load, I came back and it was still sopping wet, so I put in another $2.50 and started to rearrange the clothes only to find someone had thrown trash in all my clean clothes,, and the dryer wouldn't even start. When I asked if anyone knew anything the maintenance people just started laughing and pointed to where the trash had been bc there was no garbage can. The front desk lady kept saying that couldn't have happened and started laughing too. When I asked about the camera in there, she said she couldn't look at it, only her boss. When I finally found him, he said the camera doesn't work, The whole deal with the maintenance people saying "it wasn't their problem", laughing and acting like it was a huge joke made me truly feel like this place deserves a negative rating,,and I had to argue a ridiculous amount just to get my money back from the dryer that never did dry.

  : The bed had blood stains, smelled like smoke, the staff member said we lied about the blood stains and said my wife was bleeding from her period. Sexual harassment from the front desk.

  : I found a homeless person hanging around the property and he also walked inside the office (the office had no attendance in the front desk. The only way to contact to the attendant was on the view camera).

  : After I washed my clothes, I put them on the dryer and left for about 10 minutes the only person who saw me was a maintenance person,when I went back the dryer had already stopped and I figured it was just a short amount of time so I put in another $2.50, only it didn't work, when I opened it, all the trash that had been on top of the other dryer was in with my clean clothes. Everyone I complained to just laughed, saying that couldn't happen,and then laughing some more. The maintenance guy kept saying it ", wasn't his problem" yet he just happened to be the only one who knew the trash was on top of the other dryer (which was probably there bc there was not a trash can in the laundry room,,,), the only thing I set there was the lint from the trap that some one had not cleaned,so all of that was now on my clean clothes, and I had to argue ridiculously just to get my money back for clothes that were never dried.zPlus being told the cameras in there didn't work after I was told they did .so no way to know who was in there ,, conveniently.
