  : It was a very quiet place away from the hustle of downtown Rome. We were looking for a spot where we could wind down from our hectic holiday schedule. They have a great taxi service, Francesco. We needed a new luggage and he picked us up at the B&B and dropped us off at the mall and came back to pick us up as well as dropping us off at the Rome airport at 5:30 am there were some restaurants near by which were good .

  : Let me preface my comments about the bed by saying that my bed at home is like falling into a cloud. This is not the typical type of bed found in Italy, at least in my recent experience. The bed was a bit softer than others we slept in during this trip, and the bedding was clean and soft. It was plenty supportive. The person who welcomed us and checked us in, Claudia, was absolutely delightful in every way. She couldn't have been more helpful. From suggesting restaurants for dinner to booking our airport shuttle, she never missed a beat. She even provided umbrellas to us in case of rain since we opted to walk to dinner. Great location for Fiumcino Airport - about a 15-minute drive.

  : language barrier difficult, close to flight path overhead, booking listed shuttle available -7euros each to airport- taxi showed up stated 25 euros was standard rate to airport

  : Budget property. Close to airport but not much else. Ok for overnight stay. The driver arranged through the property to pick us up at the airport and take us back the next morning at 4:30am was wonderful and punctual

  : Located just 15 minutes from the airport, it made the day so much easier. The room was very clean and had extra snacks and coffee at no charge. It was located near the beach where we watched the sunset before going to bed.

  : We liked the location. Had basic features, which was all we required. As we wernt there very long. We didnt get breakfast as our flight was early and breakfast was from 7.30 am. So not sure if good. Also it was some distance down the road, not on site.
  : Communication was terrible. We only had wifi access, so communicated thru booking.com on their site. Sent msges to them and evemtually they would reply but after days going bye ! Also didnt answer the questions asked answered. Just confusing. Then was told to communicate thru Whats up app. I put that no. in and still no answer. Rang 3 times, no answer.Then got Italian cousin to ring main desk. The gentleman answered. proceeded to tell us that the no, had gone from 115 to 113 { street | However when we got there was told , that the number was right in the first place. Also said coffee facilities were in the room, as well as other features which were shared with other rooms.
