: Location is fantastic, away from the crowds of Fira but a 20min to bus station and other amenities. Also located on the Fira to Oia trail. Staff was pleasant. Bed was comfortable. Wifi worked well. AirCon worked well. Requested transfers (supplement payable) were organised by the hotel. Lovely restaurants just a few meters from the hotel. Best thing is the view... It is amazing! (N.B. Skaros Rock not visible from our room - Junior Suite N.4)
: 1. "Private balcony" isn't private. Very small, it also is the access to the room below. Staff and guests walked passed our window. We were not warned but thankfully fully dressed when that happened. Outside furniture was very dated, not that clean and definitely not as pictured. 2. Found used coffee spoons with the coffee storage! Room was very dusty (our luggage got dirty from being opened on tiled floor). 2. Breakfast is only served in room (need to decide the night before time and content). Breakfast is rather basic, nothing home cooked apart from eggs. 3. Had issues with safe - we walked around with safe key attached to room key as the safe failed to work with key pad. Battery was probably out but staff just got us the key. 4. Fridge was not cold, kettle & teas were not provided. 5. Shower worked well but is rather "basic" and yes, anything left in the bathroom whilst you shower will get wet. In short, this hotel needs upgrades & "freshening up" to justify the price charged. Disappointing. Pictures shown are probably a few years old. Just warning.
