: The staff SUPER helpful and was willing to help at all time via whatsapp and in live. They gave us many tips on where to go and which restaurant to eat at etc. The apartment locates between Fira and Imerovigli so you have nice chance to walk to either towns straight from the hotel.The common area had really great view of the caldera and we enjoyed just chilling there playing cards and drinking wine.
: There was not really any downsides.

: The location was fantastic and the view from the shared balcony was lovely. Staff were friendly and very helpful.
: Unfortunately we had an awful experience with blue dolphins. The first room we were put in had a strong smell of sewage which was not the regular volcanic sulfur smell, we requested to be moved and glad we did because we found out by the receptionist the air vent for the room had been connected through the sewage line by accident. We were moved to the hideaway house further away, ordered breakfast for the following morning which never arrived and we waited for 1.5 hours. The hideaway house was beautiful, great view with spa however a constant line of people at the gate that block the view waiting to take pictures in front of the blue dome. There was never a clear view from the pool from 8am - sunset. The floors of the rooms seemed as though they are never mopped or cleaned, we wore shoes most of the time.
