  : I recently stayed at Pantelia Suites during a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Fira, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. Positives: Breakfast and Service: The breakfast provided was delightful, and the service staff were attentive and courteous throughout my stay. Negatives: Overall, while the service and breakfast were enjoyable, the misleading room description and lack of a promised view significantly detracted from my stay. Considering this was a special trip, I expected a much better experience.
  : Room and View: Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the room. It was advertised as having a Caldera view, but this was far from the reality. My room only overlooked a crowded patio, offering no privacy at all. Additionally, the photos showed a window, which my room lacked entirely. Given that I paid specifically for a Caldera view, this was particularly upsetting. Pool: The pool is very small, which might be a drawback for those looking to spend time relaxing by the pool. Location: The location is good, providing convenient access to the attractions in Fira.
