  : Hi when we first got there we were greeted by a lovely staff member and she gave us a tour. We went to room it was a little smaller than expected, but the balcony space made it better. We had a lovely time at the pool/jacuzzi. The breakfast was ok but repetitive and you had to ask a few times for your coffee, but overall it was ok.
  : When we first checked the hotel confirmed we would be checking out on the Wednesday and so did I when i booked, however it transpired that the booking was only until the Tuesday. We have very bitter ending as we were in the jacuzzi talking with other guests when we were rudely interuppted by the staff member who started to wave papers and say you have overstayed your time at the hotel. She could have asked us to come to the reception o discuss it., however i quickly put on my sundress soaking wet and headed over to the reception myself, I was absolutely mortified, When I asked how much would it cost to stay a another night they quoted a ridiculous price which was double to what I could see on bookings,com. I asked them is that best they could do they were like YEAH., they had no care for us. Imagine if my flight got cancelled and I asked to stay for longer they would not be compassionate based on the behaviour i witnessed. The price on Bookings was a quarter to what they quoted. For the rude response we grabbed our luggage in a space of 10 minutes and left and would never return.

  : Nice and staff gave in-depth details on busses, where to go/eat etc.
  : Cold pool, room felt damp and bathroom tiny that shower soaked everywhere.

  : Good location to shops and restaurants and the staff was friendly.
  : Housekeeping would take towels and not replace them right away and they were very noisy outside our room every morning waking us up.

  : The Wi-Fi in the room is not always functional .. I ended up using my data instead
