  : Fantastic view to the caldera, located close to the little shops and restaurants in Fira. A pool to cool off on a hot day. Comfortable mattress, some coffe pods and iron in the room.
  : Furniture outside quite old, theres no place to dry wet things(towels, swimsuits, the one drying rack outside that is available is broken). No separate toiletries in the shower (all in one shower gel only). Our transfer was booked for 3 people instead of 5 ( the car was able to accommodate us, but it was bigger price then what we were originally informed).

  : The view! The staff did try to accommodate the issues we had. The room was cleaned daily to a high standard.
  : They used a wide area lense to make the room look a lot bigger than what it was, this is the Deluxe Room btw. The pool is just a dipping pool which we could tell from the photos. The mattress on the double bed could do with changing as it was a slippery surface that even a fitted sheet kept on coming off of so we were lying on the bare mattress! It got me wondering how many other people had slept on the mattress if I had the same problem so not very hygienic and was not pleasant at all. A suggestion from me would be to paint the bathroom a different colour than gun metal grey as it feels like a prison being dark and dingy especially if you have the blinds down as the pool is right outside the window. Also Vicki did not make us feel welcome on the last day. She did her best throughout the stay though trying to rectify the unsolvable mattress issue. And the cleaner was a bit hit and miss, sometimes would smile, other times had an attitude and air about her. The final day the flight was not until the evening. It seemed Vicki had a problem with us staying around the pool and wanting us to pay even more to hire a room for the day! She mentioned 3 times. And I have NEVER had this problem wherever else we stayed with a late flight like this. We left! There are no beaches near by... just the old port (which does not have a beach) which is a mammoth walk down to although you can get a cable car if you do not want to walk down amongst lots of donkey pooh and urine! People rave about Santorini, however, my view is tourism has spoiled it. It was filthy with plastic bottles and fag buts everywhere you looked. And Fira itself is just one big souvenir shop, and everyone wants you to buy, buy buy although a lot of restaurants to choose from. This is a stop off place just for one or two nights suitable for cruises and not for a summer vacation of 9 days that we did.

  : The location on the Caldera was fantastic, the room was clean but not huge .
  : It faced onto a walkway so we could not leave our blinds or windows open . We extended an extra day and placed us in a smaller room for the same price after promising us a bigger room. They gave us a discount only after I complained .

  : Location, they had a complimentary water bottle in the minibar. I had access to my room earlier. The girl at the desk very thoughtful. Nice view.
  : Wifi was lacking in my room. There were no many amenities. No tea, no kettle .

  : Location was simply amazing. The caldera / sea view in front of the room was simply mind blowing. Vicky took care of us in every sense. She in fact upgraded our room to the best view what anyone can have. I would strongly recommend this property.
  : The beds could have been bit better. especially the pillows.

  : Such a beautiful place to stay. My friends and I stayed in the room that had a view of the caldera and it was so lovely to be able to sit and look out at the water. Even if we didn't have that view from our room, there is plenty of outdoor seating to sit and enjoy the same view. The beds were very comfortable, the room was very clean and cleaned/tidied daily, the towels provided were a good size and the water pressure was great. The pool looked nice but we didn't get around to using it while we were staying there. Definitely would recommend staying here to anyone visiting Fira. The cleaning lady that was working here is absolutely lovely, I wish I could remember her name (sorry!) because she is so nice.
  : There is nothing I didn't like about this place but I do have a couple of recommendations: 1. The glass wall in the shower could be extended a little further because I noticed that I would get water on the floor during my shower because the end is so close to the shower head. This is something I've noticed is common throughout places I've stayed in Europe. A mat is provided so it's really not a big deal, simply a thought for adjustments. 2. Another recommendation would be to tint the outside of the bathroom windows so that the view could be seen while using the bathroom without having to keep the blinds closed so that people can't see in. Again, not a deal breaker but an idea to maximize the beautiful view.
