  : Breakfast was really nice, fruit, yoghurt, babybel, toast with preserves and a wonderful full English, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the sea views are nice
  : Expensive (120/night) I booked at very short notice but 120 for a 3 star bed and breakfast is extortionate no matter how nice a place may be

  : Very nice staff and the room was very spacious with a nice comfortable bed and chairs to watch the ships at sea. My parents room next door was a little more cramped as in the eves but still ok. We appreciated the little touches and welcome things such as wine. The view from the window was beautiful and there was easy access to the beach area. Breakfast was varied. All in all a good trip
  : I should have realised that the nice view would be at the top but it was hard on my mum climbing the stairs. Their room didn't have curtains for the whole window so they were woken early. Our room was great but the window was draughty.. Luckily the curtains blocked it out or it would have been cold. Some of the decor and furnishings were a bit tired but I guess to be expected from an old property
