  : Large and spacious, comfortable rooms. Small kitchen. Nice dining room. Bathrooms are old need remodeling.
  : Kitchen was dirty at arrival, floor was dirty with food and ants. The cabinets in side were never cleaned. Under the kitchen sink was extremely old with dirty items left behind. Broken toaster.

  : We had a 3 bedroom suite - 8 people in our group but 10 pp capacity. The kitchen was poorly stocked - ie. not enough glasses or plates for 8 people, much less 10, a tiny 5 cup coffee maker. The rooms were all big but sparsely furnished - only a couch and one chair in the living room; dining room table was for 4 people. The three TV's in the place had Amazon Fire but we could only get one of them to work. WiFi was incredibly slow - we just used cellular when researching restaurants and activities nearby. We were charged an add'l $50 per night per person over 2 people - but why have a room rate for a three bedroom that doesn't cover all the people who can fit in there? And what is the add'l charge for? There is no breakfast included and not enough supplies for those extra people. Also, on the second day, we woke up to no water in the Villa. None. We couldn't brush teeth or shower as we were trying to leave for the day. The fountain outside of our front door was running so it wasn't an overall facility problem - just our villa? No one answered the phone when we called, had to leave a message and send an email. We did get a call back 45 minutes later saying they would reach out to the Home Owners Association. It came back on its own 15 minutes after that. Lastly, because there is no reception/check in, it took many emails back and forth over a couple days to fill out "guest registration" and "credit card" paper work. If you are traveling before your stay, make sure to check email as they won't send you check in information until all the paperwork is done. Be aware of the fine print - if you want to check in earlier than 4pm you are charged $25 per hour of additional stay and if you check out later than 11am you are charged $75, unless approved beforehand - then it's $25 per hour. Also, upon departure you have to text a video of how you leave the place.

  : The views are wonderful. The property is modern and well-maintained. The kitchen has most everything you need to eat in and prepare for a day at the beach. TV and Wifi worked well.
  : The drive in and out of the property are longer than you might think. Early morning flights are not really possible from the property. The access to pools and areas adjoining are not obvious and somewhat disappointing.

  : Our casita had a beautiful water front location in a very safe area.
  : Outdated property that smelled moldy and old. The two areas that matter most (bed and bath) were terrible. Very uncomfortable, cheap mattress -stained and without a cover. King size with 4 standard size pillows that smelled terrible. Bathroom had yellowish bathtub, dirty grout, small low toilet and 3 out 4 burned lightbulbs in the bathroom lamp. I would recommend that they remodel the bathroom and get some decent mattress with hotel quality bedding.
