: Beautiful place. Clean and plenty of space. Can watch the sunrise from the veranda. Close to El Yunque, water taxis in Los Croabas and Fajardo shopping. Very quiet when we were there.

: I liked that the apartment had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The porch was really nice. The owner is very responsive and nice
: The apartment was not as clean as I expected it to be. I made some suggestions to the owner about additional amenities and more toilet paper. The shoreline collects some sort of seaweed that produced an awful odor during our stay. It was the same odor in Humacao so it might be the time of year. It’s my first visit to PR so I am unsure of how often this happens. We did not experience this odor on other parts of the island. It was extremely strong.

: I was able to get assistance from the property owner by text messaging. Everything we needed was already there in the condo. Beds were comfortable the AC was cold. We loved the location it was away from the congested tourist areas.

: this is a gated apartment complex close to the marina. it is well stocked with essentials and very roomy.
: upon arrival, the AC for the living room wasn’t working. we were told it would be fixed the following day, but unfortunately it was not. we were only there two nights and had no AC for the living room throughout our stay. It is also very difficult to regulate the temperature in the shower. It was either cold or steaming hot.
