  : - Cleanliness everywhere, all COVID measures were followed by the staff.- Good food - always fresh and tasty.- Friendly staff. - Unobtrusive animation. Theres no loud music, so you can really relax.
  : - Difficulty to book a-l carte restaurant: available only from 10 to 11AM (time that we usually spent at the beach) and for the next day.- Smoking at the beach is allowed everywhere: theres no special zones for it and people dont pay attention to kids near them.

  : clean room high covid-19 safety nice and smiling staff, doing their best at understanding Russian and English languages no loud music at night very good beach with clean sand and transparent water (blue UNESCO flag) neat territory yummy omelet and pasta outdoors, tasty and diverse food it was good to have a table outside of a smoking zone outdoors, but the smoke-free outdoors zone could be a bit bigger free room prolongation for a couple of hours was very helpful turtles eat eggs and cheese
  : air conditioning systems were a little bit outdated and with no climate control, when turned on at night it was quickly becoming cold so we got a bit sick wi-fi speed and stability sometimes was dropping significantly (esp at dinner time) no porridge for breakfast (ex ussr residents with kids may find it a bit of a nuisance) anti-covid measures to one's taste can be extra-paranoid, like the maximum of 2 people in the elevator and luggage which was soaked with disinfectant after arrival

  : we had a very good vacation, we stayed for a week. the food was very good, a lot of variety for every meal, so everyone could find something they liked. the staff was very nice and helpful. the hotel is right on the beach and it was perfect for a vacation with small children
  : We were there in the beginning of january 2023 and unfortunately the indoors pool had quite cold water, even the small pool for children was too cold for our taste. our kids wanted to be in the water anyway but we couldn't stay too long in the water
