  : I needed more towels and washcloths and was told they didn’t have a key for the laundry room. the sink took forever to drain, the stopper in the tub would not stay down, and was left with very little toilet paper.

  : When I arrived my ride came in helping me carry my stuff and when we got there their air conditioner in the rooms front screen was broken the tub stopper was broken as well. My ride said there was no toilet paper when using the restroom before they left and there wasn't. No one came to the room to see if I needed anything, new sheets, nothing. Hell I went to the front desk to get toilet paper and no one came. I had to borrow my friends in a different rooms towel cause there wasn't one. So basically they gave me a broken room and on my final day (today) they checked my room and said the damages weren't there when in fact they were there. Hell I wasn't in my room a big portion of due to a convention in town that I was at. However they did not give me my deposit back because the damages weren't there apparently when I arrived. This place had terrible service and the people are rude as hell. There was only one nice lady and I only saw her once. So with that I leave my review and say do not go here.

  : Got an emergency call in for work just befoRe check out time. Left early, came back later that evening to be told I couldn’t get my cash deposit back with no explanation. Shady and dishonest
