Disappointing

  : Was adequate for the stay. Beds were good. Amenities in room good.
  : Room in very poor repair. Holes and blatant patches all over the room. Carpets stained and loaded with globs of goo that had been there for who knows how long. Plumbing (toilet) constantly plugging. Building in sad shape. Wondered if we were going to get trapped in elevator each time used.

  : As soon as I walked in, the hotel felt and looked dirty and in need for many repairs. The first room I went to when I sat on the bed it started to flip over. the drapes where torn. The second room again the drapes were torn the floor in the bathroom was dirty. The couch was torn up at the base like a dog chewed it. You say you are a pet free hotel, I saw a family walking their dog out of the elevator. I am very disappointment in the quality of this hotel. In fact after feeling very uncomfortable I left around 5:30 to 6 pm, and went to a clean and hotel that felt safe.

  : It was dirty and the front desk clerk made me never want to rent at quality again. He refused my security deposit and when I got room it was really dirty with cig butts everywhere. I would like someone to get my deposit back and get me a free room forthis

  : A nice budget hotel with comfortable beds, plenty of tv channels, a good breakfast with waffles and cereals. A good location out in the suburbs not around any homeless or crazies. A short walk to Dry Creek light rail station and close to Target and other restaurants. Needs more USB charging ports.

  : It had a far better mattress and linens than most hotels in a similar price category.
  : A desk clerk harshly insisted that I had to agree to a $500 credit card hold or I could not check in and would loose the prepaid reservation. I was forced to agree to the terms. In the evening, another staff member said it was only $50, over and over.
