  : The location was excellent for our needs and we liked being in an area that seemed to be undergoing gradual, general improvement. The flat has good-sized rooms with nice big, opening windows and the kitchen is quite well equipped.
  : The interior bedroom without ventilation or outlook; lack of fire safety instructions and equipment. Edinburgh is looking and smelling foul because of the waste operators' industrial action at the moment.

  : it was a good area, the flat was clean
  : the flat is not for 6 people, I think is Max 5, one of the rooms we couldnt open the door, because of the bed. The cutlery and others things werent enough for 6 people, in the kitchen were some food out of date for the others guest before us. the floor is a bit dangerous, because it is a wood floor with many imperfections like holes, spikes, etc.the table in the kitchen was so small we couldnt eat together there. we were 6 people with only one keys, I think it must have more than one.

  : Comfortable with a great kitchen. Not far from the centre.

  : We made our own breakfast in the kitchen and the location was very close to the bus stop which meant 15 minutes to the centre of Edinburgh, buses running every 8-10 mins..so super convenient.
  : The shower screen rubber/plastic seal needs replacing because gaps in it allowed water to spill over onto the bathroom floor, which was messy unless you showered very very carefully. Opening the main front door needed a bit of ingenuity to release the lock so not at all as straightforward as we and other guests would have liked. We had to show guests using another flat how to gain entry because they were completely stymied.

  : Location was great, in a quiet and safe neighbourhood about 30 minute walk from city Center. Apartment was spacious, which I need traveling with family of 5 people.
  : Bathroom was small and oddly shaped, would have loved a larger bed in the main bedroom.
