  : Lovely apartment, clean with plenty of space. 2 good-sized rooms, and the 3rd bed is only accessible from one side. Perfect for 3 couples. 20-minute walk from the airlink bus drop off, which is not bad with carry-on luggage.
  : The exterior to the apartment and the street it is on lets it down. While I know this is not in control of the owners it should not let others be concerned.

  : The location of the apartment meant we could walk to all the main sites, and to the the train station for excursions outside Edinburgh. In particular both Holyrood park and the old town are within 20 mins walk. The size of the apartment meant everyone could have their own room, and the kitchen facilities helped us to save on eating out. The area felt quiet, we didn't notice traffic noise or noise from other tenants.
  : For a property costing a significant amount to hire the beds and sofa could be better (all felt a bit old, and the mattress in the master bedroom sloped). The property gave an initial impression of being very clean but we made the mistake of looking under the beds on the last evening while packing and that was pretty filthy including different articles presumably left by previous guests.

  : This house is located very close to the city centre, so it is very convenient to visit Edinburgh Castle, St. Giles's Cathedral, and Calton Hill by walking.
  : However If you have a car, It would be a hard work to find a parking place. And you will receive too many warning message from the Houst to manage the house instead of the owner of the house. It will be a stress to you.

  : Apartment was super super clean. Beds were brilliantly comfortable & bed linen crisp, clean & white. Very well equipped kitchen. Lovely & warm. Fabulous location for City Centre.
  : Some areas seemed a little tired (not the bedrooms, they were all brilliant) Would have been nice to have had miniature toiletries left rather than a mix-match of half used shower gels (seriously, thats just being over picky though)
