  : Nothing was working properly. Pool wasn’t open even though sign says pool , juccuzi in the room didn’t work properly, smell of mold and old carpet was terrible yet they were a non smoking hotel

  : Dirty room, outside doors that did not lock, closed business center, closed pool, continuous noise. There were mouse droppings and bugs behind the disgusting stained upholstered chair by the bed. I had to venture out to the local Walmart and purchase towels as the ones hung up from housekeeping were "grungy" there was used paper behind the commode, I have a host of time stamped photos showing the filth. I was told the hotel was full and because it was last minute for a work emergency I was "stuck" there were stains on the bed skirt the bed spread and on every seating area in the odd smelling room. The refrigerator was filthy inside and noisy as a tow truck. The first night was sort of quiet but night two was a veritable free for all with people of all ages running slamming doors they appeared to be an extremely large group playing music shouting it was horrid.With the business center closed (not on website) and the free internet flagged as unsafe by Mcafee I had to use the wifi at the public library due to the nature of my work.I am beyond disappointed and upset but because I used what was a "third party" site the front desk was dismissive. The wall paper was patched, peeling and just plain sad it felt dirty even after I purchased a broom and my own cleaning supplies. Outrageous.

  : Shower did not work in first room. Hotel showed a lot of wear. Pool under maintenance. Fitness center closed. Ice maker on my floor was out of order. Breakfast was only marginal. Juice maker broken. Not even a reading chair in my room≥
