  : Bob. While recently staying here, there was “an issue” with booking on Booking.com and adding a day to our stay. We checked in and the next morning I went to the front desk and encountered Bob. Bob was very short with me when I asked him why there seemed to be $100 more on the bill than what was quoted at booking (a $50 per night fee not listed on anything on booking.com or when checking in) When I asked Bob why there would be a recurring fee each night for a 2 nights stay in the same room as it was one stay and at best there should only be one fee for the entire stay he retorted “what don’t you understand?” as if I were an idiot he was exasperated to be speaking to. Bob is the reason we won’t be staying again. And what Bob doesn’t know, albeit I’m sure he doesn’t care as he seemed like he didn’t care for his job, is that our son just enrolled at ESU for 4 years. That’s 4 years at $250/night minimum for 2-3 nights each stay for 6 stays a year (more when family also visits). While the facilities are very nice and we were happy with the secluded, quiet location and cleanliness, I can certainly say I won’t be staying at this location again because of the hidden nightly $50 fee never itemized or mentioned, but moreover because of Bob. The rest of the ladies working the front desk were kind and cordial. Perhaps they could retrain Bob or at least find him an application for a less customer facing role. Unfortunately, working at the front desk requires you must deal with guests with questions, Bob. It is in your job description.

  : The bed and pillows were very comfortable! It was a quiet stay with what seemed only a few guests. It felt like a home away from home with the kitchen included. Close access to highway and quiet and safe area. The AC was nice and cool and seemed like a new unit!
  : The couch looked filthy and the pullout bed in the couch was a terrible spring thin mattress. The bottom of the tub was a bit stained with what appeared to be just dirt, but the shower and bathroom otherwise was clean and very nice. The included breakfast was ok i guess. Eggs were a weird circle (like dunkins egg sandwich eggs) but that and the sausage were tasty.

  : We absolutely loved the waffles and the breakfast attendee was the best we’ve ever had! She was very attentive and friendly and kept the entire area immaculate! We also liked the square footage of the suite. Lastly, the kitchen was nicely equipped and the refrigerator and dishwasher was helpful! Checkout at noon was also awesome.
  : The furniture and especially the sofa-bed was very aged. In fact, the cushions were stained and the mattress was extremely uncomfortable. I preferred our son sleep with us which was also uncomfortable. Also, the pictures showed tubs but it was just a shower. We managed but it wasn’t what we expected. Lastly, the TV/Cable was so antiquated, it was incredibly blurry and frustrating to watch.

  : it was exactly what we needed, beautiful size room, great location for everything, only small drive to whatever you needed.
  : that we only stayed for one night, we will definitely be coming back and staying for more days

  : The suites were nice size for a family. The breakfast was nice.
  : The sofa bed extremely uncomfortable the springs was felt n mattress. The breakfast meat was pork not many people eat pork.
