  : The grounds, the views were phenomenal. The brewery next door awesome. Good omelet station at breakfast. Buffet menu changed daily, awesome.
  : The breakfast buffet was not hot enough.The room 225 was very tight and small.Air would go on and off all night. When it went off room got warm. I would not want to stay in that room again.

  : The view of the river and hills from the grass bank outside the hotel.
  : The room didn’t ressemble the pictures posted on booking.com for a standard room at all. We were sold a sub standard room for a standard one. When I complained to the front desk the attendant couldn’t do anything and only apologized that no manager was available . It was small, shabby, outdated, bare, outlets not working, coffee machine and hair dryer not working, curtain rod falling apart, window screens falling apart, filthy window seals, floor tiles broken and with unremovable grime on them... The bathroom was small and badly laid out: the toilet seat facing the sink and almost against it. It resulted in an accident, my mother (who is a petite person) hitting her nose strongly against the sink when raising from the toilet. Again this bathroom lay out wasn’t the one showed on the pictures when I booked. The manager for the rooms and desk was never on site and available to either assess the condition of my mother or see to the room condition. When we left at check out (11) the manager had still not turned up. I was supposed to receive a call which never happened. It was a last minute booking for our last night on a road trip with my parents, who wanted to drive around the American North East and it turned out the most disappointing.

  : The location was great.
  : The rooms were not great in the least. The hotel was not renovated, the rooms smelled to the point that we had to ask for another room (my husband’s asthma get triggered by the smell), the paint was peeling, the toilet, shower and sink were just awful and everything was dusty and just not cleaned. Breakfast was subpar and around $20 per person. All in all, this was probably one of the worse experiences we had in any hotel.

  : The view of the surrounding area was beautiful.
  : Everything was rundown and in need of repair. Bathroom was ridiculously small and shower enclosure was broken. After being seated in the restaurant, we were suggested to leave because they could not attend to a party of 17 and other guests. The entire facility showed rusting and disrepair.
