  : Wonderful stay at Rooms Katja and Lara! The location was excellent, just a short 10-minute bus ride from the Gru Bay ferry port and right in the centre of Old Town surrounded by shops, cafes, museums, and the famous city walls. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room itself was modern and bright, and impeccably clean. The fridge was stocked with cold water and even beer, which was a fantastic bonus after a long day of sightseeing and walking along the city walls. Additionally, there was a small area outside the room equipped with a kettle and microwave. The room is well-soundproofed, and even though you are in the middle of the vibrant atmosphere, I had no issues with noise whatsoever. It's worth mentioning that Dubrovnik has strict laws against excessive noise to ensure the comfort of its residents. Overall, my stay was peaceful and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay right in the heart of Old Town Dubrovnik!

  : The location was perfect and the room very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Great AC and not too noisy so a great respite from all the other tourists! Katarina was also lovely.

  : Very central location, in the middle of the old town. Shops, restaurants, cafes and main sights were all within a few minutes walk. The room was clean and comfortable with a fridge and air conditioning. Although it can get lively at night in the town, the windows kept out most of the noise. The host was very kind and welcoming.
  : Bathroom was small. Room is on the third floor above a restaurant and family home; you have to go up narrow stairways to get to the room.

  : - great location (you dont have to climb any steps to get there, its very easy to find, grocery store is a 5 minutes walk away) - when you close the windows you cant hear any noise from the street - hostess was very kind - the room was clean - fridge in the room, kettle and microwave in the hall - in the evening you can hear live music from the nearby cafe - overall its a great place to stay for a couple of nights but for a longer stay I would choose something else (bigger)
  : - very tiny bathroom - although the bathroom was very clean, there was mold in the shower (it probably wont cause any problems to most people but Im allergic to it so I had some troubles because of it) - the rooms are on the third floor and the halls and stairways are very narrow and lined with the owners stuff (boxes, scooters, exercise bike etc.), so you have to be careful not to kick something over - there was some noise from inside the house all night, every night (it sounded like a very loud washing machine)
