  : A spacious, light apartment within a ten-minute walk to the old town and to a good beach. The apartment had an enormous sitting room, an adequate kitchen and good-sized bedrooms. One bedroom is in the converted loft and is reached by a quite steep staircase and has some areas of restricted headroom. There was a washing machine and toilet in the basement. One bathroom is on the ground floor adjacent to the front door. There is a large, mainly-paved outside area with furniture and good views. There were numerous, high-quality art books in the property.
  : The walk-in shower on the first floor leaks onto the tiled floor and the water drains across the length of the floor. There was a problem with the exterior lighting that was fixed within 24 hours of reporting it.

  : Location was excellent, close to town and on a substantial site so good privacy from neighbours. Very clean, spacious and bright. Air conditionning worked well. Fabulous bathroom & additional shower on different floor. Good open plan layout, comfortable chairs and big dining table
  : Kitchen utensils were scarce. Not enough cups or saucepans, no teapot. The hob had a crack on it which put us off using it, in case the crack got worse.

  : The best thing about this property is the location to the old city. Great bathrooms and bedrooms that were clean. The garden was great to use and the outdoor eating area. Great laundry , but no powder supplied. Use of a safe Good instructions on use of the property
  : Having to chase up the host for access codes & wifi codes after payment has been made. We were a family that wanted to cook most nights for ourselves which is one of the reasons we chose this property. The kitchen did not have numerous items to allow comprehensive use of the cooking facility. No Bottle opener, no tongs, no microwave cookware, no can opener, no serving dishes except two large salad bowls, no oven mitt , no roasting/baking trays, half a washing up sponge & one thin tea towel for a week! Most of the kitchen cupboards/draws are empty. Parquetry floor in the Main bedroom is coming away and creaking every time you walked on it, waking people up.

  : There were no difficulties from arriving to the apartment and departure, thanks to the detailed description that was send to us prior. We really enjoyed our stay in Dubrovnik and definitely would recommend it to others.
