  : One A/C unit in main living space not operational (all others were though so plenty of cooling). Some very minor bits of maintenance required (shutters, A/C, outdoor cushions). Over all very good though, host and family exceptionally helpful, lovely people...

  : Truly spectacular views and balcony. Beautiful apartment. Friendly, generous hosts - very flexible and warm, offered to drive us to local shops, arranged parking for a second car (amazing) and even very kindly gave us some wine! Close to the old town and beach, by foot. Air conditioning. Parking provided. It was lovely hearing piano in the evenings. We would strongly recommend to others to stay here.
  : We would have liked top sheets on the beds, but it was very hot so we were okay. My parents bathroom had an unpleasant smell. These are the only things.

  : It is a bit of a trek into town, at least 15-20 minutes and there are lots of stairs. Better quality bedding and towels would be appreciated as they are really poor quality and not very nice to sleep in. Felt like I was at school camp they were so basic. No beach towels.

  : The property was lovely, about 1-2 km from the old town, beautiful view, very nice area, a bit of a walk to town but doable. The room was clean ,it had everything you needed, the son's of the owners were very kind ,they met us with the keys, took our bags up the stairs, (lots of stairs )and even offered to drive us into town. If you are driving or even being dropped off make sure you come into the back entrance (Still stairs here), there is parking either in the apartment block or on the street, the apartments are situated between two parallel streets the back is on the upper street, the front is on the lower street and its quite a steep block. There is no pool on the property, but places close by if you want to swim. You can swim off the rocks, its beautiful and the water is so clear directly below the property, but its about 300?? or more stairs down. It was a very enjoyable stay.

  : This apartment is amazing! The building manager quickly responded to messages, greeted us at the door to give a tour of the apartment, and then came back a few minutes later with a chilled bottle of wine! With incredible views of the sea and city, a huge balcony with seating for 5, large bedrooms, and two full bathrooms, we really enjoyed our stay. The doors to the balcony doubled as windows and could be adjusted to have shade during the day and catch the cool sea breeze at night. With its close proximity to the city, we could walk to old town in the morning, enjoy the beach in the afternoon, take a short nap before dinner, and head back for an evening out with ease. The balcony was the perfect place to watch sunrise/sunset, do some stargazing, and observe planes and boats coming and going. We would highly recommend staying here!

  : Amazing place where a small room and kitchen was rewarded with q big balcony, viewing cruisships and the old town of Dubrovnik. Very kind and friendly hosts.
  : The room had a lot of hairs from a dog and for those with allergi that could be an issues, although we managed.
