  : The location, parking and facilities were good. Value for money was great and there was even a pool inside the residence tower.
  : The communication with the owner was not so smooth as we expected. We got at least 4 different contacts in the 6 hour-time period to get in touch with. Every other person wasn't answering the call. Owner was unable to pinpoint the exact location of the property (at least 6 locations in Dubai is called "Damac Tower"). At the end we were told, that our booking was not confirmed despite the fact, there was no such information on the booking site in our order. Fortunately we got another accommodation to check into provided by the owner. It took us 6 hours to check-in.
