  : Things are new and good quality
  : The facilities are ok, as it is a new place, few things still needs to be added for the facility. The cooker gas was not connected and I needed a cloth hanger as the dryier from the washing machine is not that good. The person in charge for the apartment gave attention to all my requests.

  : Very unprofessional company and poor service standards. No towels or amenities in the room.Washroom was dirty with shoe prints all over the floor.Dust and sand settled on the tub as room and washroom was not used or cleaned for days.Yet I had to wait for one hour in the lobby waiting for room key handover.After 10 days of check out I am still chasing the staff for my Aed 1000/- security deposit refund.All other companies only do a blocking of deposit and refund in 1 or 2 days after checkout.I will be reporting to Booking.com and authorities soon if they do not refund the deposit.Pls stay away from this company.Not recommended at all.
