WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children ages 1 and older are allowed.
Children from 1 year old to 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of AED 2000 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out.
This is a licensed holiday home by DTCM. It is not a hotel or Hotel apartment. We require passport copies for each guest at least before arrival to allow time to coordinate access approval from the community security office.

Please note that if your check-in / out timing is between 8:00pm & 8:00 AM, there will be an additional charge of USD 27 or AED 100

Kindly note that complimentary housekeeping service that includes cleaning, bed linen and towel change is provided once a week. Any additional housekeeping service will be at an additional charge.

Please note that the villas are only rented for families and not bachelors. Gatherings, parties and loud music are strictly prohibited.

Please note that the free beach and pool access at The Riva Beach Club is for 4 adults.
