  : The location as convenient to Keystone.
  : Only space heaters we available heat the first two nights until other guests moved into the upper floor. Then the heat was erratic and not controlled in my level. There were numerous fire safety issues.Much of the space was in disrepair.Evidence of mold on the walls.

  : Location to the Summit County resorts was prime. It is no where near the 23 miles it claims to be from Winter Park though. It’s smaller than it appears online, which isn’t a terrible thing if your are prepared for that. More or less it’s “roughing it” without actually “roughing it.” They do having cooking supplies, but it’s very limited. (Example: there is just 2 knives, one cutting board) The heat did go out during our stay and on their 4th attempt, the host did manage to deliver some space heaters to the correct location....they didn’t bother plugging them in...but as stated above, it’s a relatively small area so it didn’t take too long to warm up once we returned.

  : The location in Dillon was convenient. We were looking for a small affordable place over the holidays and this studio served the purpose. The bed was small but comfortable. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom. The gas stove was nice for cooking meals. Snow removal in the driveway was completed early each morning so we could get out easily. Plenty of electrical outlets for charging devices.
  : We knew when we rented that this was not a luxury condo and were fine with that. The furniture was outdated, but comfortable. The studio was not very well stocked. It had only one drinking glass and three coffee mugs. There is no dishwasher and doing dishes was made more difficult because the drain stopper in the sink is broken and the sink didn't hold water. The kitchen is rather small and lacks counter space and there is no table for eating, just TV trays. The lock on the door is a little touchy and you need to wiggle the key to open the door.
